Introduction to Raw Foods Wellness Retreat (Level 1 of 3)
With everyone changing the way they think about what healthy eating is, there has been a big shift to raw food “un-cooking” if you will. Yes, there is more than just salad! We make appetizers, main courses, desserts, crackers, juices, smoothies, and even “Pizza” – you will never be hungry.
We will teach you the “why’s” and “how’s” of raw food. During this “Introduction to Raw Food” you will learn to make and enjoy delicious recipes that are simple to make, easy to understand, and fun to eat. Advanced Raw Food Wellness Retreat (Level 2 of 3)
If you have some experience with raw food and would like to learn more, than this is a great retreat for you. If you completed our “Introduction to Raw Food Wellness Retreat” then you can sign up for this retreat and continue your stay.
The Level 2 retreat is hands-on and will get more in depth with raw food. You will learn to make more advanced recipes for appetizers, main courses, desserts, crackers, juices, smoothies, and even “cheeses and fermented foods.” Be prepared to have more energy, better digestion, better sleep, stable moods, a healthy glow, and the time of your life.
After completing this retreat you can move on to Level 3, which will run right after this retreat. Why not continue your raw food journey and sign up for the Gourmet Raw Food Retreat as well.
Gourmet Raw Food Wellness Retreat (Level 3 of 3)
In this retreat you will learn to make exceptional Gourmet Raw Food. This retreat is a great finale to compliment your learning from our “Level 1 Introduction” and to “Level 2 Advanced” Raw Food Wellness Retreats.
During this retreat you will learn to make Gourmet Raw Food recipes. More appetizers, main courses, desserts, crackers, juices, smoothies , “cheeses”, and fermented foods. The focus will be on beautifully presenting “Raw Food” – great for entertaining. You will have so much fun making new friends, and never going hungry. Be prepared to have more energy, better digestion, better sleep, stable moods, a healthy glow, and the time of your life. Raw Food According to Hippocrates Health Institute
This retreat provides and extensive learning experience about the practice and teachings of the living food (raw food) life style, inspired by Hippocrates wisdom “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. With these words spoken back in 5th century BC, Hippocrates, the father of western medicine, recognized the value of eating well and the potential of certain foods for good health.
Maybe that sounds serious, but trusts us, we will have an amazing time and you will meet some great new people that are on the same journey to body, mind, spirit and wellness. Though recommended, it is optional to participate in the hands-on food preparation classes. You will taste our wonderful, yet healthy, culinary creations. You will be amazed how great you can feel after just one week at this retreat. This retreat can be extended up to three full weeks. Each week will feature different menus while you continue to learn how to prepare simple, easy, fun and delicious food that will boost your immune system and give your body the nutrients and energy needed to heal itself.
This retreat is offered three weeks in a row. Stay for one, two, or all three weeks to receive to most health benefit out of it. Three weeks is highly recommended as it takes 21 days to break bad habits and form new, good, and healthy ones.
